Zach Williams is a Christian music artist, singer, and songwriter from Jonesboro, Arkansas. He started his music career as the lead vocalist of the rock band Zach Williams & The Reformation, which released two albums in 2009 and 2011.
After the band disbanded, Williams became a worship leader and eventually pursued a solo career in Christian music. He released his debut single “Chain Breaker” in 2016, which became a major hit and earned him a Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song in 2018.
Williams has since released several successful albums, including “Rescue Story” and “Old Church Choir”, and has collaborated with other popular Christian music artists such as Dolly Parton and We The Kingdom. His music is known for its blend of rock, country, and gospel influences, and his lyrics often focus on themes of redemption, hope, and faith.
