Amanda Cook is a Christian music artist born on May 26, 1984, in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. She grew up in a Christian home and was homeschooled for most of her education. Her parents were also involved in ministry, and she often accompanied them on mission trips and worship events.
Amanda began leading worship at a young age and continued to develop her musical skills through her teenage years. She attended Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, California, where she was mentored by worship leaders Brian and Jenn Johnson.
In 2010, Amanda joined the worship team at Bethel Church in Redding and became a regular worship leader at their services and conferences. She also began writing and recording her own music, releasing her first album “Brave New World” in 2015.
Since then, Amanda has released several other albums, including “House on a Hill” in 2017 and “Cover the Earth” in 2019. Her music is known for its powerful lyrics and heartfelt worship, and she has become a popular Christian music artist in the United States and around the world.
Amanda Cook continues to serve as a worship leader at Bethel Church and travels extensively to lead worship at conferences and events. She is also involved in mentoring young worship leaders and encouraging them to develop their own musical and spiritual gifts.
