Alice Kimanzi is a Kenyan Christian music artist who was born on November 24, 1992, in Nairobi, Kenya. She grew up in a Christian family and was introduced to music at a young age. Alice began singing in church and school choirs and later became a worship leader in her church.
After completing her high school education, Alice enrolled at Daystar University to pursue a degree in Communication. While at university, she continued to pursue her passion for music and joined a music group called Tunedem. The group released their debut album, “Tuned Emotions,” in 2012.
In 2013, Alice launched her solo career and released her first single, “Nifunze,” which was followed by her debut album, “Mfalme Wa Amani,” in 2014. The album received critical acclaim and established Alice as one of the leading voices in Kenyan gospel music.
Alice has since released several hit singles, including “Waambie,” “Safari,” “Yuko Mungu,” and “Wewe Pekee,” which have all topped the charts in Kenya and East Africa. She has also collaborated with other gospel music artists such as Christina Shusho, Willy Paul, and Pitson.
Apart from music, Alice is also a motivational speaker and a youth mentor. She is passionate about inspiring and empowering young people to pursue their dreams and live purposeful lives.
