5ive (Rap)

5ive (pronounced “Five”) is a Christian hip-hop artist from the United States. He was born on March 30, 1975, in Illinois, and his birth name is Derrick Francisco. He grew up in the Chicago area and began rapping at a young age. He became a Christian in 1997 and soon after, he began using his gift of rap to share his faith.

In 2001, 5ive released his debut album, “The Genesis,” which received critical acclaim in the Christian music industry.
